Aerosmith, Lollapalooza top this week’s online concerts - cleveland.com

In the midst of its 50th anniversary celebration, Rock and Roll Hall of Famers Aerosmith are putting some of their past online. The group kicks off a new streaming series “50 Years Live!: Aerosmith From the Vaults” at 3 p.m. Friday, July 29, with “Live From the Summit, Houston, TX, 1977″ during the Line Tour,” for free via the group’s YouTube channel. The series will also include “”Live From The Capital Centre, Landover, MD, 1989″ on Aug. 5; “Live From The Coca-Cola Star Lake Amphitheatre, Pittsburgh, PA 1993,” Aug. 12; “Live From Comerica Park, Detroit, MI 2003,” Aug. 19; and - “Live From Arena Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico City, 2016,” Aug. 26. The five shows have been remastered in High Definition from the original tapes. Aerosmith returns in the flesh, meanwhile, with September shows in its native Massachusetts and at Park MGM in Las Vegas.
