5, The system will calculate and distingquish the signal from the sensor of key working position automatically . 8, Visual inspection system is for finished product flaw detection. The system identifies cup rim quality, insects, stain, abnormal bottom forming etc. and will reject disqualified cup automatically. Press one key can quickly set the parameters, or modify each parameter in detail. The system supports internal network monitoring and output report.
9, Hardware monitoring system. PLC output points, relays, contactors, PLC and touch screen, PLC and computer, PLC with all expansion of the lines real-time monitoring, abnormal alarm in the touch screen shows the cause of the malfunction. Detailed hardware and software failure information, the user can easily do the troubleshoot.
