It's also widely used for cutting spices, tobaco leaves, kelp, seaweed, astragalus membranaceus, scutellaria baicalensis and spices. The cutting herbs can be used for herb tea and extraction.
Main Features
a ) The knife moves up & down on a straight line by mechanical driver .The movement is synchronised to the feed intervals of the product:
* knife goes down close to the mouth -> cut (stop of product)
* Knife goes up (distance to the mouth) -> feed of product
b ) Compressed by stainless steel conveying chain to the knife and got fine cutting of the product.
c ) The design of machine is very scientific, the five-star pulley (clutch) was milled cut through computer,
high precision & rational structure.
d ) The machine is made of stainless steel 304, including the convey chain, it's very strong & durable, hard to slip & low noise, easy to clean.
e ) Meet the requirements of CE & GMP
f ) Equipped with a emergency stop button.
