Las Vegas, October 28, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Through NewMediaWire - Hemp, Inc. (OTC PINK: HEMP), the leader in the industrial hemp market, has the ability to derive hemp for direct-to-consumer market share Objects, such as hemp tea. Hemp, Inc. has been developing CBD cosmeceuticals and health care products under its King of Hemp® brand.

According to a market report released by Research Dive in September 2021, the demand for hemp tea and other plant-based beverages in North America is particularly strong. The relaxation of regulations on the cultivation and use of hemp in the manufacture of hemp tea and other products in the United States and Canada is a contributing factor.

Research Dive found that “people concerned about health are becoming more common in the world, and their preference for herbal tea is increasing, which is expected to further promote the growth of the hemp tea market.”

Hemp tea has been recognized as having many health benefits, including maintaining weight and reducing stress, anxiety and depression.

By 2028, the global hemp tea market is expected to reach US$245,541,300. In comparison, the value of the same market in 2020 is US$503,152,900. In addition, a 129-page report determined that the global hemp tea market will "grow exponentially at a compound annual growth rate" at 22.9% during the forecast period (2021-2028). "

The Research Dive report divides the global hemp tea market into three distribution channels: online/direct-to-consumer; convenience stores; and others. Through its King of Hemp® products, Hemp, Inc. has established a presence in various markets and distribution channels.

Hemp, Inc. has been conducting hemp tea research and development for two years. In the past two years, hemp flower, hemp fan leaf, hemp root and hemp tea mixture have been tested, and it is expected to launch its hemp tea series in 2022. Our analysis shows that out of 25,000 products from the cannabis industry, hemp tea is one of the completely underutilized products that this incredible plant can provide.

The King of Hemp® online store provides consumers with 24/7 convenience and safe online ordering. King of Hemp® products are also available at retail locations in Florida, Arizona, Nevada, and California. Hemp, Inc. began shipping its King of Hemp® product line to stores across the country at the end of 2020.

In September of this year, Hemp, Inc. announced that it had acquired Ferris Holding, Inc., a leading co-packer and manufacturer based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This acquisition enables Hemp, Inc. to expand its global new product launch cannabis market.

Hemp, Inc. owns the largest industrial multifunctional hemp processing plant in North America, an 85,000 square foot plant in Spring Hope, North Carolina

Hemp, Inc. has more than 10 years of experience in growing and processing hemp in North America, and has a mature network of industry professionals in all areas of the industrial hemp industry.

Hemp, Inc.’s mission is to provide green solutions to help make the world a better place, and this mission continues to flourish as the company advances its growing revenue-generating and value-generating synergistic business portfolio.

With deep-rooted social and environmental missions at its core, Hemp, Inc. seeks to establish a business district for small U.S. cannabis farmers, U.S. veterans, and other groups that experience declining income and soaring spending gaps. The company's mission is to become a powerful engine for global social change and economic revival by providing environmentally friendly, sustainable and healthy cannabis products. Executives at Hemp, Inc. believe that compliance with the corporate social responsibility program can bring tangible benefits.

Ten departments of HEMP, INC.

Hemp, Inc. has always intended to continue to invest in the construction of its cannabis infrastructure, especially since it did not exist before. In fact, the company instinctively follows the same path as Amazon...reinvests profits and working capital in building infrastructure. This is a proven and effective business strategy.

In all the years before this, the largest cannabis infrastructure in the United States has been built and completed, and the company now focuses 90% of its energy on marketing and revenue generation. So far, the result has almost exceeded the million dollar mark in just 10 weeks.

The ten divisions of Hemp, Inc. are as follows:

Division One-Industrial Hemp Infrastructure

Part Two-Cannabis Cultivation Infrastructure

Part Three-Cannabis Extraction and Pre-roll Hybrid Infrastructure

Part Four-Cannabis Educational Infrastructure

Part Five-Marijuana Marketing Infrastructure

Part VI-Accessories, Products and Services

Division Seven-Research and Development

Part VIII-Industrial hemp investment and joint ventures

Division 9-Industrial Hemp Consulting

Division One-Industrial Hemp Infrastructure

The industrial hemp infrastructure (first sector) currently consists of two hemp processing facilities across the country, the other two are under development, which will include an internal third-party testing laboratory. The largest of the two is its multi-purpose industrial hemp processing facility and milling operations in Spring Hope, North Carolina. It is the largest "industrial hemp processing center" in the Western Hemisphere and has developed into one of the centers of excellence in the industrial hemp industry. The 85,000 square foot facility covers 9 acres. It is environmentally sustainable and built from the ground up, hoping to "make the United States a cannabis again." The North Carolina plant uses a patent-pending manufacturing process and operates full-time to process millions of pounds of the company's unique kenaf-hemp mixture to manufacture an all-green natural depletion recycled material (LCM) called DrillWall®.

"We currently have 769,794 pounds of raw kenaf bags, 363,225 pounds of DrillWall®; and 453,000 pounds of Spill-B-Gone™. A total of 1,586,019 pounds of products are converted into finished products at a price of $1 to $4 per pound," Perlowin said.

In addition to the company’s industrial hemp processing plant in Spring Hope, North Carolina, Hemp, Inc. has also leased one of the most advanced local processing centers (LPC) in White City, Oregon, which focuses on hemp harvesting, drying, curing, Pruning, bagging, storing, and in some cases, growing high CBD hemp in the area for local farmers and the company's own hemp, and post-processing for the CBD industry. The company's focus is on the King of Cannabis® pre-rolled and high-CBD smokable buds... This is a new phenomenon of cannabis smoking that has swept the market.

Hemp, Inc. and colleagues also own 4,500 acres of land in Golden Valley, Arizona (100 miles from Las Vegas and 20 miles north of Kingman, Arizona). Of the 4,500 acres of land, 500 acres are designated as Arizona Veterans Village Relatives Community (VVKC). Hemp, Inc. is preparing more than 80 acres of the 500 acres for cannabis cultivation. The company aims to promote the economic development of these towns by providing affordable cannabis processing services, thereby incentivizing local growers to add cannabis to their crop rotation. The company is continuing to find new locations for local processing centers in Florida, Kentucky, West Virginia, Puerto Rico, North Carolina and several other states.

So far, Hemp, Inc.'s local processing center (LPC) in Oregon has employed more than 200 employees in the 2018 harvest season and more than 300 employees in the 2019 harvest season. As of the first quarter of 2020, the company has employed nearly 50 employees who are responsible for packaging, trimming, sorting, bagging and transporting the company's high-quality Pre-98 OG Bubba Kush hemp.

As of the first quarter of 2020, Hemp, Inc., through its subsidiary Industrial Hemp Manufacturing (IHM), will execute a $1 million sales agreement for its DrillWall ®. According to Bruce Perlowin, the company has executed a sales agreement to sell $1 million worth of DrillWall® within one year. IHM received the first payment of US$30,000 and shipped out the first batch of DrillWall® in December 2019. In February 2020, it received the second batch of DrillWall® payment of US$60,000 and received it in March 2020. A payment of 30,000 USD was reached. "We expect the rest to start with a balance of $1,000,000 in the next few months," Perlowin said. Located in Spring Hope, North Carolina, IHM is a manufacturing facility for DrillWall® and other industrial hemp products.

Part Two-Cannabis Cultivation Infrastructure

Cannabis cultivation infrastructure (Part 2) includes hundreds of acres of hemp and kenaf grown in multiple locations, farm equipment, cloning rooms, cloning and seeds, planting rooms, greenhouses, cannabis drying facilities, and a large number of peripheral farm tools and equipment. For four years , Hemp, Inc. has made amazing progress in its agricultural sector. This year is the fifth year that Hemp, Inc. has grown hemp. (To view Hemp, Inc.'s agricultural progress from 2016 to May 2020, please visit Bruce Perlowin's personal Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/kingofpot and scroll through the posts from 2016 to the present. Visit https: // /www.hempincpresents.com/ Watch a video of Hemp, Inc. growing in multiple locations.)

Hemp, Inc. also has two "small family cannabis farm" models. The "small family cannabis farm" in North Carolina covers an area of 12 acres, including a cloning room, a greenhouse, and enough land to grow 2,000-3,000 tall CBD or CBG cannabis plants. (This model farm can be seen on Bruce Perlowin’s Facebook page, in a post from August 22 to 26, 2018.) The model shows farmers how to grow high CBD and CBG hemp plants, operate a greenhouse, and The warehouse becomes a cloning room and earns as much as $100,000 or more per year. This shows an example of how "small family cannabis farms" can be replicated and reappeared in the American landscape. After all, the first small family farms in the United States were able to sustain economic survival by growing hemp as the main cash crop. The first five presidents of the United States were all hemp growers.

A model "small family cannabis farm" is located in Dolan Springs, Arizona. This "small family cannabis farm" is called "orchard" because it has a fairly large organic orchard. There are 2 acres of land that will grow cannabis; cloning rooms; cold storage; and planned greenhouses. This year, CBG hemp is mainly grown.

This year, according to Perlowin, the company is consulting on a 55-acre plantation in Oregon, working with Tractor Richard to grow 40 acres of CBG hemp and 100 acres of kenaf in Mojave Valley, Arizona. (See Bruce Perlowin's Facebook page post on May 19, 2020.) 10 to 40 acres of land in Golden Valley, Arizona are used for Veterans Village relatives, based on how many people will register for Hempathon (a 1-acre joint venture with Hemp Grow Together), Inc.), hundreds of acres in North Carolina (a combination of cannabis and kenaf), and undetermined quantities in other states.

It should be pointed out that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the planting area and planting volume have fluctuated. However, Perlowin stated that all of these increased collective sales will be significant in terms of pre-roll, high CBD and CBG sprouts, distillates, isolates, biomass and many other products. "This year for us is about sales and marketing. At present, I believe we have the largest footprint of vertically integrated bio-diversity cannabis products in the U.S. cannabis industry today. We are always looking for joint ventures that we own or can expand our business, "Perlowin commented.

In addition, it provides farmers with "from beginning to end" services-from harvesting to drying, curing, squashing, machine trimming, manual trimming, bagging, storage, nitrogen spraying and sales... Create a "one-stop shop" for small farmers shop". Large family farm.

The super high-quality King of Hemp® prefabricated rolls have been fully produced and used Hemp, Inc.'s A and B hemp cola. The A and B cannabis cola are derived from the Pre-98 OG Bubba Kush grown in Oregon, which is one of the best-selling varieties on the market. The strains, fertile soil and climate make these colas one of the best buds, making them the most edible taste.

Proponents say that Oregon has a unique political and agricultural climate that can dominate a fast-growing industry. Given that farmers in Oregon have demonstrated the ability to grow world-renowned products, it makes sense that they can produce some of the best cannabis buds in the world. Hemp Inc.'s cultivation business in Oregon ranks among the best in the state and has produced some of the highest quality cannabis cola on the market. The company believes that they will reach the 20% mark of Class A Coke, and the rest of the company's high-quality Coke will be used in their new pre-made beverage series.

The King of Hemp® pre-roll production line provides high-end products that are effective, tasty, and smokable alternatives to cigarettes and other cannabis consumption methods. The remaining A and B cola used in the newly launched King of Hemp® pre-roll comply with the 2018 Farm Act, federal regulations, and the regulations of the market for purchase. King of Hemp® pre-rolls can be purchased separately or in packs of 6. Each pre-roll is 1 gram and does not exceed 0.3% THC.

As of the first quarter, pre-mount sales totaled $3,435. Due to COVID-19, the pre-rolled packaging (box) was delayed for two months, but the executives said that everything is back on track. They have an inventory of 100,000 boxes and 100,000 tubes for pre-rolled inventory. With everything back on track, pre-roll sales are expected to generate substantial revenue in the next quarter.

Consumers can also purchase King of Hemp® pre-rolls on the newly redesigned website www.kingofhempusa.com. Each pre-roll contains smooth, almost odorless natural hemp smoke. They are tightly rolled into filtered cigarette rice paper to obtain the final discreet smoke. Many users say that King of Hemp® pre-rolls provide a calming experience that is ideal for relieving anxiety and gaining a clear mind.

The King of Cannabis® tincture also entered the market with stable sales. Although sales were slightly interrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, sales are now back on track. The tincture provided on www.kingofhempusa.com is a fast-acting CBD oil tincture that contains a full-spectrum hemp oil extracted from the flowers and leaves of the hemp plant grown by the company. It contains 0.3% or less THC, so it is federally legal nationwide.

In the next 30 days, the company expects to launch the second product in the King of Cannabis® (KOH) product line "Midnight Express" to commemorate Billy Hayes who became famous in the 1978 movie "Midnight Express" He was tortured by the Turkish authorities for trying to smuggle hash fish from Turkey.

Hemp, Inc. also hosts Hempathon in the Kins community of Veterans Village in Arizona. In a competition with other growers from all over the country, the participants are planting 1 acre of hemp. Hemp, Inc. provides participants with land, water, safety, and real-time streaming video coverage. The entrance fee for Hempathon is US$5,000, and the revenue is divided into 50/50. The winners of Hempathon will share multiple awards with prizes of up to $50,000.

The Kings community of Veterans Village in Arizona has 6 domes and overnight RV campgrounds (see Bruce Perlowin's Facebook page posted on May 16, 2020) so that people can stay on the land while Hempathon is growing. The real-time streaming camera is also ready, so the whole world can watch "The Great American Hampason" in real time.

In addition, as part of Hempathon, Hemp, Inc.'s Hemp Academy (Arizona) will provide courses during Hempathon in one of its geodesic domes, which include cannabis experts, product developers, field trips to growing areas, etc. A hands-on, interactive, and educational experience is a lifetime opportunity for people to learn about this multi-billion-dollar emerging industry from experts in the cannabis industry.

A 44-foot geodesic dome will be built to broadcast movies, documentaries and courses, covering everything from biodynamic agriculture, permaculture, and organic farming practices to bees, predatory pest control, soil improvement, cloning, grafting, and others External agricultural course materials.

"Knowledge is power, and by sharing knowledge, we grow together," Perlowin said.

Those interested in signing up for Hempathon should contact Chris Tinney ctinney@hempinc.com.

Part Three-Cannabis Extraction and Pre-roll Hybrid Infrastructure

The hemp CBD oil extraction and pre-roll mixing infrastructure (part three) initially consisted of supercritical carbon dioxide extractors. After more than a year of operation, it has been determined that Hemp, Inc. will no longer participate in the extraction industry and has changed its direction, mainly focusing on King of Hemp® pre-rolling and The King of Hemp® high CBD absorbable flowers. From 2018 in North The CBD oil extracted from the hemp grown in Carolina has been made into pure crystalline CBD isolate, which has been added to the company’s "King of Hemp®" brand pre-roll series, which is now available in all 50 states On sale.

Instead of establishing its own extraction laboratory, Hemp, Inc. plans to use the facilities of other laboratories in the industry to manufacture its own CBD oil product line, while they continue to build and expand pre-rolled and high-CBD smoking infrastructure buds. The company will hire or joint ventures with other existing laboratories to produce CBD, CBG, CBC, CBN and other products in its future cannabinoid production line. There are 150 different cannabinoids, more than 300 terpenes, and more are found almost every month, so the product range and possibilities in this field are endless.

Part Four-Cannabis Educational Infrastructure

Hemp Education Infrastructure (Part 4) includes Hemp, Inc.'s Hemp University, which focuses on empowering Hemp farmers and entrepreneurs through knowledge, processing, infrastructure, and support for education. Regular educational seminars (as needed) are held through Hemp University. These seminars teach farmers and landowners how to create a profitable income stream by maximizing income per acre of crops. Through this department, Hemp, Inc. has trained more than 500 farmers through a total of nine Hemp University seminars held in North Carolina and Oregon in the past two years, including:

By studying in an interactive queue, students gain access to farms or The necessary skills required for immediate implementation in the organization. This is a perfect combination of high-quality teaching, relevant educational content and a high degree of commitment to ensure the success of each participant’s education,” Perlowin said.

Cannabis University provides farmers in North Carolina and Oregon with the tools and support they need to gain a foothold in this emerging industry, helping them change their livelihoods from tobacco and other crops to industrial hemp.

Part Five-Marijuana Marketing Infrastructure

Although marketing is a key aspect of any business operation that increases revenue, Hemp, Inc. believes that great attention must be paid to infrastructure. There is a huge demand for hemp products such as CBD and CBG, and some people even say that the demand cannot be met. In order to meet this type of quantity/demand, there must be a strong foundation or infrastructure. Although Hemp, Inc. continues to develop the rock-solid Hemp marketing infrastructure, Perlowin reminds us that this infrastructure must be able to support rapid industry growth. According to Brightfield Group, the cannabidiol (CBD) market is expected to grow to US$23.7 billion by 2023. The company also estimates that the value of the smokable cannabis market in 2018 was $11.5 million, an increase of 250% over 2017. "This is why we have been focusing on infrastructure for a long time. Since we have made it a priority, we are now ready to enter an aggressive marketing model," Perlowin said.

Part VI-Accessories, Products and Services

The sixth division focuses on the sales of hemp industry accessories, such as extractors, harvesters, storage bags, containers, fertilizers, soil conditioners, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, balers, greenhouses and greenhouse equipment; other farmers harvest hemp Drying, pruning, curing, storage, and intermediary; and ultimately anything other cannabis farmers may need to succeed.

"We find that people are always looking for hundreds of items. New harvesting equipment, various irrigation equipment, soil amendments, organic soil fertilizers, organic pest control products, new extraction technologies, etc.," Perlowin said. "As we expand this division, we will strive to become the Amazon of the cannabis industry."

According to Perlowin, Hemp, Inc. is currently creating a new section on its website that will list all products. This information will be available on https://www.hempinc.com/ in the near future.

Division Seven-Research and Development

Although R&D has been an integral part of Hemp, Inc. from the beginning, a more formal R&D project will be planned later this year. Then, this department will start and expand rapidly. The company initially planned to use Puerto Rico as an R&D center, but found that the barriers to entry were too high, so it changed its position and focused its R&D department on states where cannabis was already legal. Hemp, Inc. is proud to be a pioneer and leader in the early stages of the U.S. cannabis industry. Our strategy is to build infrastructure before the legalization of states such as North Carolina and Arizona takes place.

"Operating in a state that has been supported by legalization for several years now is more economically advantageous because it makes it easier for cannabis companies to thrive in the future-just like we did in North Carolina, Arizona, Nevada , Especially Oregon. Our growing business in Oregon has two consecutive Grand Slams."

Part VIII-Industrial hemp investment and joint ventures

Hemp, Inc. established the eighth division (Industrial Hemp Investments and Joint Ventures). Since the passage of the Cannabis Act in 2018, Hemp, Inc. has been full of inquiries from people who want to invest in the cannabis industry but don't know where to start. As an avant-garde in the industrial hemp industry, Hemp, Inc. brings together numerous joint venture investment opportunities for large and medium-sized investors. If you are interested, please email ir@hempinc.com. Since the passage of the 2018 Farm Bill, millionaire investors, in some cases billionaires and multi-billion dollar hedge fund managers, are actively trying to enter the cannabis industry. Our joint venture agreement is that they pay, and we provide expertise at a 50/50 revenue share (after all initial investments are paid off). This will save large cannabis investors two years and avoid dozens of millions of dollars worth of mistakes they "often" make without a cannabis industry expert. This is where the huge network of experts and resources that Hemp, Inc. has established in the industrial hemp industry for 10 years comes into play, because we can easily provide this information to those interested in entering the industry.

Division 9-Industrial Hemp Consulting

Hemp, Inc.'s Industrial Hemp and Medical Marijuana Consulting Company (IHMMCC) was recently reorganized into its ninth division and is now "Ninth Division-Industrial Hemp Consulting." With the influx of public companies hoping to expand into the industrial hemp industry, Hemp, Inc. was overwhelmed by potential consulting agreements. In order to keep pace, Hemp, Inc. has transformed its consulting department, working closely with each company to provide its years of expertise. According to Perlowin, there is a sense of "corporate community" where many companies are working together to pool their resources, marketing connections, and strategies for simultaneous development.

Usually, companies seeking in-depth consulting services from Hemp, Inc. pay mainly for stock fees, because cash flow is usually tight during the development stage of startups in this industry. Through the ninth division of Hemp, Inc.-Industrial Hemp Consulting, through the creation of the first listed company in the cannabis industry (Medical Marijuana, Inc.) and more than ten years of experience, a wide range of services have been created. The public sector of the industrial hemp industry. Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc., also has more than five years of experience in the industry.

The newest division of Hemp, Inc., Entertainment, will cover everything from the investment movie "The Adventures of the Pot" (https://www.kingofpotthemovie.com/) and other historical movies, books and documentaries that represent us. The industry is currently making a series of documentaries about "The Modern History of Cannabis". Those interested in investing in any of these businesses should contact Chris Tinney, the department’s project manager, at 855-554-6834 or via email ctinney@hempinc.com.

The Kings Community of Veterans Village in Arizona has completed the final site for 36 of its 500-acre sites in Golden Valley, Arizona (20 miles north of Kingman, Arizona and 90 minutes from Las Vegas, Nevada) Planning the blueprint. The site plan has been submitted to the Mojave County Department of Construction for final review. The company is also in the final stages of completing the necessary infrastructure to support off-grid renewable energy systems.

The audience can actually see the design of the kinship community of the Veterans Village and watch its construction process. According to Perlowin, the basic framework or master plan for the kinship community of the Veterans’ Village is to create a holistic treatment and learning center aimed at educating and treating patients with post-traumatic stress disorder, alcoholism, methamphetamine, and opioid addiction. And other veterans with psychological conditions. They are also trained on many aspects of becoming part of the emerging multi-billion dollar cannabis industry.

The company will also establish cannabis planting communities for the relative communities of the "abuse" women and children villages; relative communities of the "orphans" villages; the "homeless" rural relatives communities, and the "healers" rural relatives communities (the healers are professional People who know how to treat these traumatized groups); and the "healer" community called Healer Village Kings Community Arizona. These specific communities all work together and support each other at the same time.

For example, "healers" heal wounded veterans and women and children; women raise orphans, and orphans want to see people living at home instead of being homeless. Therefore, part of the marijuana grown in each community is used to create and support another community, so that everyone has a feeling of giving back and helping others, as if they were self-help. This goes back to the therapists, who are also dedicated to healing veterans and other traumatized groups. This is the economic basis for how the sale of cannabis products operates as an example of the "quantum economic matrix" or "symbiotic economics", which is much more complicated than this brief description allows.

"We are very pleased with the progress," said Dwight Jorry, the project manager of the Kings Community Company in Veterans Village, Arizona, said: "We are very pleased with the progress. Our relative communities have really started to come together." Planting began on April 20, 2020 ( (See Bruce Perlowin's Facebook page post on May 15, 20). According to Jory, 300 acres of land have been fenced off, 120 acres have been uprooted and cleared to grow hemp, 13 overnight trailer parks are under construction, and organic gardens have been planted. These organic gardens double as experimental planting modules, using a whole set of different planting techniques to see which model grows best in a desert environment. As for the six geodesic domes, two of them have been converted into greenhouse nurseries (see Bruce Perlowin's personal Facebook page post on 5/14/20), and the other structures are intact. "We got a lot of momentum in the Veterans Village, so these updates change every week," Perlowin said.

"We are now accepting volunteers who have expressed interest in helping our veterans build the first Kins community," said Jory. Those interested in making the "Veterans Village Relatives Community" the first hemp-grown CBD production a reality should contact Ms. Sandra Williams via email (swilliams@hempinc.com).

There are also 1,000 trees planted on 36 acres of the 500 acres, and another 1,000 trees are being ordered. The "Veterans Village Kings Community" will include a 100,000 square foot GMP-compliant central processing plant, state-of-the-art testing laboratories and various health and wellness centers to support veterans who may have psychological, emotional or health problems.

"As Hemp, Inc. positions itself at the forefront of the American industrial hemp revolution, we see our partnership with the'Veteran Village Kins Community Arizona, Inc.'. It is vital to support the small family farm movement, we I believe this will reshape the American landscape," Perlowin said. "While we are committed to establishing and operating an eco-village in Golden Valley, Arizona, we are also actively looking for strategic locations in other states, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, and the West. Virginia.

It is very exciting to provide veterans and other Americans with a place to learn new skills and participate in this multi-billion dollar cannabis CBD market. Giving back is an important part of our mission. Recently, we have expanded our Kins Community concept internationally, focusing on but not limited to Israel, New Zealand, Canada, Africa and Australia. "
