Division One-Industrial Hemp Infrastructure
The industrial hemp infrastructure (first sector) currently consists of two hemp processing facilities across the country, the other two are under development, which will include an internal third-party testing laboratory. The largest of the two is its multi-purpose industrial hemp processing facility and milling operations in Spring Hope, North Carolina. It is the largest "industrial hemp processing center" in the Western Hemisphere and has developed into one of the centers of excellence in the industrial hemp industry. The 85,000 square foot facility covers 9 acres. It is environmentally sustainable and built from the ground up, hoping to "make the United States a cannabis again." The North Carolina plant uses a patent-pending manufacturing process and operates full-time to process millions of pounds of the company's unique kenaf-hemp mixture to manufacture an all-green natural depletion recycled material (LCM) called DrillWall®.
"We currently have 769,794 pounds of raw kenaf bags, 363,225 pounds of DrillWall®; and 453,000 pounds of Spill-B-Gone™. A total of 1,586,019 pounds of products are converted into finished products at a price of $1 to $4 per pound," Perlowin said.
